Ohmio signs multi year supply agreement with LDCC (LOTTE Corporation)

Ohmio Automotion is delighted to announce that today it has signed a multi-year agreement with LOTTE/LDCC of Korea to manufacture and assemble its OHMIO Lift autonomous shuttle in Korea.

Executive Chairman, Mohammed Hikmet, said “the signing of this agreement with our partners, LOTTE/LDCC, is the culmination of 2 years of intense cooperation between our companies, made all the more difficult due to COVID.” “Engineers from both companies have developed our product, effectively over ZOOM, to a point where we are now licensed by the Korean authorities to operate the OHMIO Lift on Korean roads. This is a great testament to all concerned and I could not be prouder of the team.”

The agreement, which was signed in Seoul this morning, will see LOTTE/LDCC take on exclusive rights for the sale of OHMIO Lift vehicles in Korea.

Mr Jun-Hyung Rho, Chief Executive of LDCC, said “we are delighted to be working with OHMIO on the development, manufacturing and sales of the OHMIO autonomous shuttle in Korea. We look forward to a long and successful relationship together as we strive to improve mobility services for our community.”
